SCC Amnesty Program.
The SCC is offering an amnesty program to lapsed members. In 2010 any previous member can reinstate their membership without paying penalty of additional dues.

Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, near O’Hare International Airport. Trade show hours are from 12:00 noon – 6:00 pm. Exhibitor registration now open.

SCC Emeritus Member Maso Passes
SCC Emeritus member and industry icon Henry F. Maso passed away on Mar. 3, 2009. Maso served as president the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC) in 1967 and president of the International Federation of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC) in 1983. In 1971, Maso received the society’s highest honor, the Maison G. deNavarre Medal Award.

ACS 38th Great Lakes Regional Meeting
The 38th Great Lakes Regional Meeting (GLRM) of the American Chemical Society, hosted by the Chicago Local Section, will be held May 13 - 16, 2009 at the Lincolnshire Marriott in Lincolnshire, IL.
