Speaker Bio
Elaine Sauer
With nearly 20 years in the spa industry, Elaine Sauer began her career as an esthetician. In 1994, she obtained her CIDESCO diploma, an international diploma in esthetics. In 2000, Elaine joined Red Door Spas & Mario Tricoci Hair Salons & Day Spas as the Corporate Spa Director. Elaine’s previous work history includes being a Regional Sales and Training manager for Murad, General Manager of Kiva in Chicago, and 7 years with Aveda as Spa Consultant and Spa Training Leader.
Elaine has been featured as an innovator in Time Magazine, Oprah, the Wall Street Journal and many other professional and beauty/fashion publications. In addition, she is a well-known speaker and spa industry advocate and has created services, products and training for the spa industry.
