Designed to fill the large gap between light microscopy and traditional SEM, the instrument is powerful yet extremely easy to use. Launched in April 2005, there are now over 1,000 units installed at research institutes, companies and schools throughout the globe. The TM-1000 is an effective tool for personal care product research, allowing users to quickly obtain high-magnification images along with the corresponding elemental analysis.}
