2010 Golf Outing

11:00 a.m. – Noon Check-in
Noon – 1:00 p.m. Lunch Cookout (included)
1:00 p.m.Shotgun start – Four Person Scramble format
6:00 p.m. Family style dinner

Fees:
Golfers - $125.00 per player. This includes lunch cookout, 5 ½ hour 18 hole golfing with cart, 2 hour free open bar and family style dinner with awards and prizes.
Dinner only - $40.00

Registration Deadline: Tuesday July 6, 2010

The MW SCC reserves the right to group non-foursome golfers into foursome.  Please include the name of each member of your foursome.

We are now accepting hole sponsors for $100.00.  If you are interested in being a hole sponsor, please let us know.  Also, if you would like your company’s logo on the hole sponsorship sign for all to see, please send us a scalable vectorized format file (file extensions of pdf, pms, eps, png) by e-mail to (Cinda@Conceptlabs.org) as an attachment your company logo, and we will make sure it is on the sign. 

We are also accepting donations for door prizes for the after golf dinner.
