2009 Midwest SCC Golf Outing

Date: Tuesday July 14, 2009

Time: Check-in 10:30 am – 11:45 am
Shotgun start – Four Person Scramble format at 12 noon
“10th Tee” Lunch Cookout during check-in

Fee: Golfers: $125.00 per player Dinner only option: $40.00. 
Includes 5 ½ hour golfing with cart, 10th Tee Lunch Cookout, 2 hour Open Bar and after golf, family style dinner at 6:00 pm with awards and prizes.

Registration Deadline: Friday July 3, 2009 (We cannot guarantee reservations received after this date)

The MWSCC reserves the right to group non-foursome golfers into foursome.  Please include the name of each member of your foursome.

We are now accepting hole sponsors for $100.00.  If you are interested in being a hole sponsor, please let us know.  Also, if you would like your company’s logo on the hole sponsorship sign for all to see, please send us either by e-mail as an attachment or by regular mail a copy of your company logo, and we will make sure it is on the sign. 

We are also accepting donations for door prizes for the after golf dinner.
