•	Insure that all legal, regulatory and marketing criteria for each product are met
<br />
•	Develop, implement, refine and document appropriate standard timelines, processes, and metrics to insure that new products are developed in a robust and timely way  (e.g. pricing timing &amp; methodology)
<br />
•	Work closely with cross functional teams within the organization - including Marketing, Creative, and manufacturing - to drive product requirements through design, testing, and launch. Validate that the product going to market is meeting the requirements and is expected to achieve the anticipated impact 
<br />
•	Develop &amp; maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external work groups
<br />
•	Professional, upbeat, energetic, dependable, and takes initiative and pride in work
