Job description The Sourcing Manager proactively develops and integrates long-term
regional procurement strategies for medium to high complexity chemical commodities
providing technological expertise. This position leads Sourcing Strategy Teams for
assigned chemical commodities and collaborates with other cross functional teams focused
on cost control, process improvements or other specific supply chain initiatives to
achieve competitive advantage and improve responsiveness to customer demand. This
position develops and owns the relationship with commodity suppliers including
communication of key corporate initiatives, plus development and execution of business
plans to meet corporate objectives. The Sourcing Manager also ensures cooperation and
collaboration with key partners to foster supply chain and product innovation and fully
utilizes key partners’ capabilities to maximize the economic value to the enterprise.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent related experience and 6-9 yrs experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or other related experience.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with executive presence.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to develop complex, multi-year strategic business plans for innovation in regional commodities.
- Well developed understanding of legal requirements for contract development.
- Strength in building relationships and strategic alliances.

- Technical knowledge of assigned commodities. Microsoft Office Applications, Lotus Notes,
Good Systems Acumen
Preferences: Master's Degree in Business or Supply Chain. Chemical Engineering and Chemicals strategic sourcing background is highly desired. Experience in JDE, ERP, Siebel Business Intelligence Tools, WebMethods, Frictionless, EDI, CatsWeb, DMDO is preferred.

Job Description
This position establishes the strategic process for growing company volume and profit through the development of new and existing products. Focuses on new product concepts, line extension and positioning of new and existing products.
This role initiates Project Briefs to initiate the development process and ensures all timeline deliverables are met and communicated effectively. Performs global, market and trend analyses to identify new product opportunities, concepts, or threats. Issues quarterly review of competitive launches, new technologies product forms and formula benchmarks. Collaborates with marketing to evaluate current geography against competitive set and assess opportunity for additions or deletions. Develops and manages COGS target for each new product. Collaborates with Training to provide material for product positioning, customer target and selling links. Work with R & D to develop products, substantiate all product claims and develop copy platforms for product package labeling. Ensures accuracy and consistency with worldwide regulations for all package labeling. Position is responsible for providing product and ingredient content for Marketing Bulletins.
Requirements
10 years of product development experience in skincare/treatment/bath & body
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to present ideas in platform style
Ability to communicate technical issues and resolutions to employees and end-users
Strong industry, trend and product skincare knowledge
Collaborative work style and customer service orientation
Successful project management experience
Computer literacy, including graphic design and MS Office

Job Description
This position provides technical and administrative support to the Quality Assurance team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, sampling and testing raw materials, updating and releasing ingredients within product database, analyzing and testing in process batch samples, updating and managing the QA Lab compliance calendar. This position will also contact vendors for necessary documents and maintain QA document files and cross train in the other QA functions.
Requirements
Technical Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
2+ years of related laboratory experience with sampling and raw materials.
Familiarity with lab protocol and strong demonstrated detail orientation required.
Work experience with lab equipment, e.g., Spectrometer, Viscometer, pH meter, Infrared
Data Entry experience and MS Office proficiency (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point)
Proven ability to present platform style, e.g., Good Manufacturing Practices Training
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walking between Lab and Manufacturing
