Registration

Registration and payment is a two-step process. Please use this form to register, clicking on the ‘submit’ button at the bottom of the form to complete registration. Once finished, you can also pay in advance using the PayPal buttons below. If you prefer to register by phone, please call Deborah Zopel at 630-330-0828.

You can use PayPal to pay securely with most major credit cards.
Please note that PayPal users can pay with Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover (Corporate cards included). Diners Club cards cannot be used at this time. No advance PayPal registration is required; you will be allowed to enter your credit card information if you aren’t already a PayPal user.
