FORMULATING FOR DIVERSITY

Diversity is at the heart of a formulator and marketer’s daily challenges. How do we best formulate and market to consumers differing needs based on gender, age,climate and ethnicity? Additionally, “diversity” includes the variations in habits that impact personal care purchases, such as personal grooming routines and preferences, as well as shopping and criteria for choosing personal care items for use. Viewing “diversity” more broadly than its traditional definition will enable us to better formulate and enjoy commercial success of our personal care offerings, through an impressive line up of speakers and topics:
